Somersault is a boutique wellness centre in a beautiful old Victorian home in Claremont, Cape Town.
Somersault uses Pilates to build integral strength, correct imbalances and build a true foundation of strength. With this basis, the body is ready for bigger movement and a greater challenge in the High Intensity Interval Training groups. We offer a superior service provided by highly trained wellness experts in a tranquil and relaxed environment. Somersault Studio utilises the Mind Body Online booking system for clients to schedule or change their sessions.
Services include:
-Movement & fitness assessments
-Pilates in group classes
-Pilates individual sessions (using the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunderchair and accessories)
-Personal training – individual fitness programmes tailored to client’s needs
-HIIT groups: High intensity, short duration sessions. 30 minutes & FAST results!
-Yoga
