Sari Du Plessis Real Estate

General information

Sari du Plessis moved to Cape Town during 1977 to join the staff of Sanlam as Secretary in the office of the Public Relations Manager. In 1978 she accepted the position of Personal Assistant to the Town Engineer of the City of Durbanville, a position she held until 1989 when she left to establish a career in Real Estate. During 1994 Sari was appointed as Manager of Residential Properties at Omnicron Properties where she managed both their offices in Bellville and Plattekloof.

Taking further positive steps ahead, Sari and one of her former colleagues started their own real estate company called Green Fields Estates. Their initial duties included the marketing of the latest Rosehaven Retirement Centre in Durbanville and further expanded to handling the sales of a Garden Cities development in Kleinbosch.

During the year 2000 they were contracted in by Garden Cities to handle the sales of the Pinehurst residential development in Durbanville. They were responsible for marketing this new development until the end of 2004 when they transitioned to specialising in the sales of pre-owned properties in Pinehurst.

As from 1 April onwards, Sari will be embarking on re-establishing her constant growing agency, as her business partner will be leaving the company travelling abroad. Because Sari's impeccable expertise in the real estate field is of great demand, this has fuelled her with greater enthusiasm and increased energy to continue fulfilling her personal & professional passion for the marketing of real estate in Pinehurst.
