A leader in pole dance fitness in South Africa, Pole Dance Cape Town has over 50 students from beginners through to professional pole athletes. Our classes are fun and challenging and will take your fitness to a whole new level.
Our welcoming community of women and men annually celebrate our pole fitness achievements at our renowned Pole Dancing Showcase; the first of its kind in Cape Town. Our showcase features beautifully choreographed pole dance routines of all levels, aerial silks, and other dance-based performances. This event brings together performers from across South Africa and aims to unite and nurture the camaraderie inherent in the global pole dance fitness community.
