We target dedicated biltong & meat lovers by offering superior biltong and fresh meat with that almost forgotten exquisite taste that means quality; while still offering excellent value for money.
Our delicious biltong is a result of our unique recipes and the traditional drying method used on all of our biltong products. Our biltong is dried using the natural slow drying process, without using 'dry-ovens' or other processes to haste the drying cycle.
One can quickly taste the difference between natural dried biltong and 'technology' dried biltong.
