General information
To date 200 trades people have signed up to build the residential home for blind orphaned children in Mombasa, Kenya.
All the volunteers are busy fundraising and the response across Ireland has been fantastic. To date we have volunteers from Clare, Monaghan, Galway, Carlow, Kilkenny, Dublin, Louth, Tipperary, Cork, Limerick, Laois, Wicklow, Donegal, Cavan, Leitrim, Mayo, Kildare, Longford. There will be great competition among the blocklayers to see which county puts up the most blocks. Our aim is to have every county in Ireland represented on this project so maybe YOU are the volunteer that will fly the flag for your county. All the volunteers are busy fundraising. The people of Ireland have been so supportive and generous to the volunteers and the Building of Hope Committee would like to say a big thank you to all the volunteers and their supporters.
