Welcome to my website.
I am a Clinical Psychologist who works mostly online via Skype with clients but also in person.
I am most encouraged when clients seek to better themselves and their lives in some way. Yes approaching a psychologist is a big step which takes a bit of courage but sometimes it takes a big step to bring change. For some people approaching a psychologist may seem like an admission of being mentally ill. However what most people don't know is that Clinical Psychologists are general practitioners of Mental Health. This means that we help a wide range of problems of differing levels of severity, from simple situational stress to chronic conditions. We all need some extra help at some point in our lives.
