A Passion For Italian Food
Corlie wanted to start a fresh pasta business because she just loves the Italian way of cooking. Good healthy food made with good and uncomplicated ingredients. And so she invited me to join her on this pasta journey.
We just love it to make quality Italian food products and we strive to keep it 100% authentic. Currently we are still in our baby shoes and pretty much a two man show.
Please come and join us at the Lourensford Harvest Market on the 1st and last Friday evening of every month as well as every Sunday. We want to cook you the best pasta we can and we just love your feedback. Other markets will follow soon.
