This is a website that was deliberately designed to help you to understand the issues surrounding Electrical Compliancy and help in the training of our future electricians.I met an Installation Electrician who offered me the opportunity to go into business with him.From inception I made it a prerogative of mine, to be the best in all tasks.Before long the doors were opening at a phenomenal rate.While work was coming in at a good pace, I kept thinking of ways to not only keep myexisting customers satisfied but also on how to render a service that would stand out above the rest.This is my story of how I not only managed to retain my customer base (which was built up over 12 years)but in turn have had these customer’s refer new business to the partnership, where I remained for a period of 12 years.I am of the opinion that nothing works better than advertising, by placing a sticker on the Main Distribution Board, or if you can afford it, place a magnetic Business Card.
