The Whole Truth creates an experiential container for this- weaving together meditation, yoga, creative process and time spent in nature. Raw food and a cleansing juice fast supercharges your physical body to support release and regeneration on every level and allows a deeper, clearer connection to spirit.
Through natural and holistic pathways we are able to access the presence, power and potential of simply being.
Your facilitator, Tasha Saha, and a team of skilled alternative therapists are available to support you throughout. The retreat will culminate in a Vision Quest for profound healing and growth.
