Baking happiness
Before I could walk I was mixing, rolling, sprinkling and tasting. Just as my mother before me and her mother before that. The secret family recipe for German gingerbread (Pfefferkuchen) was first baked by my Gran in 1963. It all began by making little bags of biscuits to spread festive cheer amongst boarding school kids.
Uplifting hearts and bringing joy has always been a part of the magic. Happiness is uncontainable and the need to share my love for these mildly spiced, moreish treats has spread so that you can now enjoy my range of delicious biscuits and DIY Kits that will bring a smile to your heart and a crunch to your mouth.
