NUTRIFIT offers a very successful and convenient weight loss program that’s done electronically, via emails and instant messaging. The program relies on coaching techniques, while also using Cognitive behavioral experiments and solution focused strategies, with a goal of long lasting behavioral change which ensures long lasting weight loss and well being.
While providing nutritional guidance, menu plans and recipes, main focus is on identifying causes and triggers of over eating, and adapting new behaviors and beliefs around food and diet.
The program includes help with setting realistic goals, motivation, monitoring and supports through constant communication, with a goal to help the client get through occasional wobbles and follow through.
