Die Groen Deur bied veilige, skoon en bekostigbare selfsorg akkomodasie vir studente. 'n Groot kombuis met 'n groot tafel, stoof, mikrogolfoond, vrieskaste, yskaste, wasmasjien, sitkamer met stoele en 'n braai/kuier area is beskikbaar vir studente. Slegs 2-4 studente deel 'n badkamer en daar is 'n voltydse bediende vir die skoonmaak van die badkamers en kombuis. Daar is veilige parkering binne-in die kompleks en dit is 2km vanaf TUKS se hoofkampus, naby aan Menlo Park Hoërskool, slegs 10 minute per fiets na Tuks of Varsity College Kampus. Daar is plek vir 14 studente.

The Green Door offers secure, clean, affordable, selfservice accomodation for students. There is a big kitchen with a big table and chairs, stove, microwave oven, deepfreezes, fridges, washing machine, lounge with chairs and a braai area for the use of the oocupants. Only 2-4 students share an ablution and a full-time maid is available for cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. There is safe parking for vehicles and bikes inside the complex. It is 2km from TUKS main campus, near Menlo Park High School and it is only a 10 minute ride with a bike to Tuks or Varsity College Campus. There is accomodation for 14 students.
