We are based in a relaxed home environment at Health in Motion in Claremont.
Claire is a Lyno Practitioner. She so will be able to help you address the cause of any recurring injuries or niggles by using the full lyno assessment and fascia release techniques. She also offers Sports Massage and Personal Training.
Hein is a Personal Trainer that focuses on restoring functional balanced movement in the body by drawing on principes of Yoga, Pilates, Primal Movement and Lyno.
The combination of fascia release and training is ideal to help clients manage pain in the body and achieve all their sporting goals.
Luke is a Biokineticist who will be able to help you with exercise related rehab work.
This training is done in the gym or outdoors in the garden. Group classes and at home training can also be arranged.
We offer a range of Corporate Wellness services. These range from organising wellness days, to health talks and comprehensive wellness assessments. Personal and group training at work can be arranged too.
BIA assessments are also available.
