A bit about Kallima

My home-based business strikes a fine balance between uncompromised professionalism and personalized service. In addition to my identity and web design services, I’ve collaborated with other vetted professionals to offer a consultative service to our contemporaries (other graphic & web design businesses), as well as businesses that need our web development expertise.

What’s in a name?

My partially Greek heritage played a key role in naming my business. Kallima means ‘beautiful’ in Greek: ‘Beautiful Web & Branding Consultancy’. The name also refers to a certain butterfly, which guided my logo choice.

The Kallima brand is built on sound ethics, excellence and a commitment to meeting clients’ needs. I work exclusively on projects that condemn cruelty to animals, as well as the production of toxic waste. Integrity and a passion for my clients’ success dictate the way in which I do business.

The Kallima Brand

Kallima was ‘born’ in 2009 from my keen eye for all things beautiful, coupled with a flair for interpreting clients’ needs and then designing on point. The brand carefully guards the balance between giving strategic direction; and producing classic designs whilst acknowledging clients’ individual style.
Behind the scenes I weave my magic using technical expertise, creativity and passion to produce innovative designs that span print and Online media. And my exclusive yet functional designs continue to bring my clients customised creations that they love.

Perfecting my craft

I’m determined to keep up with industry trends, which helps me stay at the top of my game. Using the latest software and coding enables me to create designs that are both current and aesthetically pleasing to my clients. And the addition of a web consulting service simply broadens Kallima’s offering, and increases client acquisition and retention.

I’m proud to have completed courses in Multimedia Specializing, Web Design, CSS3 coding and HTML5 coding, Branding, Identity Design, and more.
