Awaken to the sound of breaking surf and seagull’s cry, and the most exquisite180º views on the Garden Route! The vast expanse of the Indian Ocean, rolling white-crested waves tumbling in the surf, pristine golden beaches, a river estuary’s tidal cauldron and a large lagoon stretching from the Manor to forested hills, hugging the imposing Tsitsikamma Mountain Range.

Yet not isolated and far from civilisation, as one might expect, but a short walk from the town centre and its sophisticated shops and continental restaurants.

An airy double-volume foyer leads to a spacious dining room/in-house restaurant and outdoor patio. A cosy upstairs lounge with wi-fi connection and 11 double bedrooms, most with private patios or balconies that face the sea or lagoon. Beds are queen-sized or twin, with bath- and/or shower rooms en suite.
