Burma Plant Hire & Mining (Pty) Ltd was established in 2003 by Theuns Burger. The company is driven by his determination and uncompromising commitment to providing service excellence. Through hard work and dedication Burma Plant Hire & Mining proudly boasts the largest earthmoving plant hire fleet in the Western Cape.
Our Head Office opened in the Western Cape and soon thereafter we spread our services to encompass the Eastern and Northern Cape respectively. In these offices we retain our experienced, qualified and talented staff, which provides expert advice and sound service.
In July 2011 Burma Plant Hire & Mining joined forces with the Raubex Group, a construction company focused on infrastructure development and operating across all nine provinces.
Since then, we have opened three more branches; Gauteng, Kathu and Steelpoort, as well as opening up a satellite branch at the Kolomela mine.
