Anchorage is located in an up market, quiet and well maintained residence on the hill of Margate, under 1km from Margate beach, or 500m to Manaba beach, Go Karting, Amusement Park and Spar. Minutes drive to numerous activities: Scuba diving, Snorkeling, Fishing, Surfing, Boating, Abseiling, Wild Coast Casino, Wild Waves, Shopping Centers, Margate airport etc. There are dozens of beaches, lagoons and restaurants to explore nearby. There is the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, very spacious and comfortable main house as well as lovely 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom ground floor garden cottages on the same property, most of which have private, fully enclosed gardens and all with their own braai area. The property is entirely secured, including electric fencing linked to armed response and we have ample under cover parking. There is a swimming pool, baby pool, jungle gym & a bunny hutch for the kids.
