It is no secret that in-depth knowledge and practical experience can only be earned with time and with over eight decades under our belt, we are proud to call ourselves experts in the local manufacturing of technical textiles and related products in South Africa.
From high-spec filtration to robust safety footwear and personal protective equipment, from world-class medical devices to export-quality coated fabrics, we manufacture many products and we manufacture them well.
As firm believers that diversity is a driver of innovation, we embarked on our transformation journey in 2004, with black shareholders purchasing a 26% stake of the company. This immensely positive trend of ownership transformation has since continued and today, the Beier Group boasts a shareholder’s team of highly-qualified and experienced individuals, of which 51.25% are black owners, that have all been key in achieving the group’s consolidated annual turnover of R1.75 billion.
Due to this amalgamation of knowledge, passion and vision, we not only continue to take our businesses to new heights, but are also realising our goals of bringing about meaningful transformation in our community – and our country at large.
