General information
We have 6 large houses where 24 hour nursing care is provided.
Then we have 3 houses which provide assisted living accommodation. The residents receive 3 meals a day from the main kitchen but housekeeping and cleaning services are not provided. The residents themselves share the tasks amongst themselves.
We also have 20 cottages which is aimed towards providing more private accommodation for couples wanting to retire in a relaxed peaceful environment.
Accomodation costs vary between R1000 to R4600 per month.
Under the umbrella of Natal Settlers Memorial Homes, there are 2 properties in Montclair namely McClure Close and Thornhill. McClure Close houses independant residents, aged 55 and older. it is a one bedroom flat setting.
Thornhill provides accommodation for residents who require 24hr nursing care, namely frail and semi-frail care.
