Scarce Skills Training Academy is a leading Training Provider operating in the Western Cape and servicing all parts of the country. We have identified training needs that are urgently needed in various sectors of the economy, within the Republic of South Africa. We provide training for forklifts, lifting machinery, plant and machinery, drivers of heavy vehicles, and small plant handling, etc. These skills have been earmarked as ‘scarce’ – meaning that every effort will be made by our Team to fill the gaps and thereby assist our Clients to build capacity, improve productivity and effectively create more skilled employees –thus improving the profit margins of all. Scarce Skills Training Academy has a very well-developed social conscience and is making a difference by tapping into the wealth of talent that is out there, and channelling it into meaningful employment.
