Training Force is a registered training provider focused on providing industry and job-specific skills assessments and training interventions that will equip people to access work opportunities across all industry sectors.
Our training programmes are aligned with South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) and accredited with SETA Quality Assurance departments.

Since our establishment in 2003, we have provided over 3 000 companies with training interventions that have upskilled over 25 000 workers through our branches across South Africa.

Training Force is a member of the Workforce Group. Established in 1972, the Workforce Group is a diversified group of companies offering an inter-related range of solutions for the supply, management and administration of the human resources requirements across a broad base of industry sectors, locally and internationally. The group comprises of niche focused specialist business divisions, each having the necessary expertise and service fexibility to enable us to offer organisations an umbrella approach to an extended range of service solutions. These include, but are not limited to staffing, recruitment, human resources administration, training, employee health management, business process outsourcing and project management. Training Force adhere’s to corporate governance, as part of a JSE-ALTx listed company.
