Nestled within an elegant Victorian Town House beneath the iconic Table Mountain and Lions Head on the trendy bustling Kloof street, Asoka is a stylish and intimate lounge which emanates comfort and relaxation.

Asoka culminates an air of Modern pleasure with old Victorian magic. Upon entry, one senses that the evening is set to be enjoyed. Relish freshly made cocktails at our trendy and well stocked bar, a romantic blissful candlelit dinner under our open roof courtyard, sundowners on the deck, or relax in a cosy corner by the fire.

The ancient olive tree, affectionately known as the Dharma Tree, continues to thrive amidst Feng-Shui design principles using the elements of fire, water, copper and wood, creating a mystical and enchanting ambiance. The vast reaching Oregon pine ceilings, copper clad fire and hand painted Yantras and murals, coupled with leather backed couches and bar stools over lit by warm lanterns and colonial style lamps, lends to the comfort and charm of Asoka.

The a la cartè menu offers an array of carefully prepared dishes too suit all tastes buds, presenting a variety of vegetarian choices, fish, poultry and meat.
