Alexander Avery uses the finest couverture chocolate to make Bonbons and Truffles with exciting, contemporary flavours and designs. The aim is to incorporate some of the modern influences in chocolate and confectionary making one sees in Paris, London and Barcelona. Bonbons flavours such as the 'Bombay' (Lemon Pate de Fruit with a Juniper / Gin ganache), or the 'Ko Samui' (Lemongrass, Lime leaves, and Coconut cream ganache) are refreshing and luxurious: designed to complement the premium quality chocolate used.

Alexander Avery currently supply to parties/functions and weddings, plus to restaurants and hotels. Everything is made to order, with an aim is to work with customers to create bespoke chocolates reflecting the customers' taste and needs.
