Ek het gekwalifiseer as beide spraakterapeut en oudioloog, maar van die begin af het oudiologie my hart vinniger laat klop.
Ek geniet die kombinasie van mense en tegnologie. Elke persoon se gehoor “behoeftes” is uniek en ek probeer sover as moontlik om 'n individuele oplossing vir elkeen te vind.
Die evaluasie van kinders is baie belangrik en belonend, want vroeë identifikasie en intervensie van gehoorverlies kan hul toekoms verander word.
My experience includes locum work in the UK and work as sales and technical support for a hearing aid supplier. I ran a private practice at the University of Pretoria's speech and hearing department, as part of student training, for 9 years.
Feeling the need to shift my focus from teaching to private practice work only, I opened a practice in Montana in 2015.
