Procedures for Customer Complaints should you feel the need to contact us using Facebook:
Step 1: Inbox the Auto Centurion Page with your Complaint indicating the date of the incident.
Step 2: Ensure to send your number and email address, one of our Customer Service Members need to contact you directly, no issue will be dealt with on Facebook.
Step 3: Ensure the Complaint is directly linked to Auto Centurion and the incident is not older than 30 days.
