It started with a thought... birthed out of the need to unite urban music party revelers in South Africa five years after the abolishment of an oppressive regime in 1999 Multi-Racial Productions was established, at the time focused at providing events mainly without the prejudice segregation brought on by the past. Out of it ethos (Unitin Thru The Rhythm) a record label was eventually established in 2003 with a multitude of releases by giving platforms to then up n coming various and now influential producers in the South African House music scene, in keeping with its ethos and principles of building platforms for up n coming budding producers the label keeps on with taking its vision globally, Multi-Racial established it's Urban Music Institute in order to facilitate in providing knowledge in the Urban Music Industry perservering in "UNITIN THRU THE RHYTHM" into the future.
