General information

As a Biokineticist it is my aim to provide a personalised training experience, where the correct execution of exercise is upheld through hands-on interaction with the members as well as providing the necessary education, to ensure that members get the most out of their training. The technogym key system, will be a great aid in achieving this, as it enables me to provide members with specialised personal programmes, allows me to track their progress, and continually motivate members by updating programmes in terms of intensity and nature, to ensure that members progress as they should.

I envision Eagle Canyon gym as a facility that aids and supports health and wellness, and promotes the prevention and management of chronic diseases such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity etc. This will be achieved by the effective use of the Technogym key system, as well as utilizing a team of professionals such as a Biokineticist, Dietician and Chiropractor.

We are confident that once vitality completes their vitality points system all vitality members will be credited with their respective points for training at the Eagle Canyon Gym. Vitality is planning a new version of software and will be rolling this out before the end of the year. You will also be able to do your Vitality fitness tests with a registered Biokineticist, as well as your vitality nutrition assessment with a qualified Dietitian. We will keep you updated on these developments.

It is also our aim to provide a facility that benefits the whole family. Watch this space for our exciting kids programmes to be launched soon, as well as other exciting developments.
