The dietitians at MME Dietitians recognise that everyone is different and what is suitable for one person may not be suitable for the next, so the dietitians spend time working with each of their clients in order to develop eating plans and to provide advice that best suit each person’s own needs and preferences.
Individual consultations allow for the assessment of an individual’s specific dietary, lifestyle and nutritional needs which the dietitian is then able to use to provide individualised nutrition education and a personalised meal plan together with recipes and guidelines.
MME Dieititans apply evidence based practice. That means we consult up-to-date, peer-reviewed journals and textbooks on a regular basis to ensure we provide scientifically sound, safe and effective nutrition therapy.
