The Company started in August 2013 after Ian Sutherland resigned from Aecom (previously known as Davis Langdon). We currently have completed projects in Century City with Rabie Properties and in Val de Vie Polo Estate to the value of R500 million. Our biggest project were Bridge Park, ABSA’s new regional head offfice where we were the Principal Agents and in association with Aecom for the Quantity Surveyors services.
Ian Sutherland has been involved in major projects like the Cape Town Stadium as the lead QS, Pick ‘n Pay head office in Claremont, Villa Italia Residential development in Century City, Hughstreet mixed used development in Tygervalley and Bella Rosa mixed used development in Tygervalley. He has also been involved in upmarket residential developments like Johan Rupert’s house in Leopard Creek, Val de Vie Polo Village and Fancourt Golf Estate.
The company pride itself in personal involvement and experience from the principal of the company on each project.
