General information

I Grandi was formed by a determined youth with the aim of presenting a variety of talent in different fields. The team consists of artists, researchers, graduates, pianists, academics and leaders of great caliber. Proper planning and thorough research is done in order to come up with a model which will promote innovation in the Opera/Classical/choral music industry. The company is guided by principles and policies which are in line with the constitution of South Africa. The company was formed not only for singing but on the basis of empowering and giving opportunities to disadvantaged youth in Opera music to shine and live the dream of being successful opera artists. Most of the team members come from communities and schools were Opera music is not well recognized. As part of the empowering strategy, the team is committed in visiting youth in disadvantaged communities to provide full training as well as career guidance and motivation in general.
