General information
Angels' Care was established by concerned residents in the Umngeni Municipal area to address the needs of desperately poor children from the local informal settlements. The aim of the organisation is to focus on assisting children through the provision of pre-school education, aftercare facilities, a feeding scheme and heath care programmes, including a crisis centre for children who are victims of gender based violence.
Angels Care is registered as both a Non Profit and Public Benefit Organisation. (NPO 020-084, PBO 930004928).
As a result of generous donations over a period of time we have been able to acquire our own premises. These consist of a 100 year old house purchased in 2009, a caretakers cottage, 3 new classrooms build in 2010 and a crisis centre built in 2015 at 38 Morling Street Howick, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
