As from 1 May 2015, Weyer Waldick & Willemse Attorneys (previously Weyer & Weyer) and Jansen van Rensburg Attorneys Incorporated has merged to become Waldick Jansen van Rensburg Incorporated.

Both firms boast with high quality of lawyers, quality in their work product, the quality of their advice and strategy, and the quality of their service and experience.

The merger have provided a comprehensive infrastructure and faster response time to our clients.

choice for your specific needs and draw up and register your Ante Nuptial contract on your behalf.

DIVORCE MATTERS
Waldick Jansen van Rensburg Attorneys can assist you in instituting or defending a divorce matter. We’ll advise you and where needed apply for a Rule 43 application to provide you with interim financial assistance and custody of your minor children while the divorce is not yet settled. We will negotiate in accordance with your instructions, a settlement in your best interest and/or prepare a trial in a speedy and cost efficient manner.

MAINTENANCE AND CUSTODY ACCESS
Always taking into account the best interest of the child we can assist you in securing access for minor children. We can assist you in calculating and negotiating sufficient maintenance for yourself, if needed, and your minor children. We provide assistance in applications to increase or decrease maintenance orders.

COMMERCIAL LAW
With a Master’s Degree in International Business Law, our Director can assist you in the planning and drawing up of contracts, opening and setting up companies, closed corporations and trusts. He will also advise you with regard to
new legislation regarding companies which came into effect in 2010.

MOTOR ACCIDENT CLAIMS
The firm will assist you in instituting a claim against The Road Accident Fund for compensation as a result of injuries sustained, disability or the loss of a bread winner in the event of a motor vehicle accident. Your claim will be handled in a manner that suits your specific individual needs.
